KitchenCru charges an hourly rate for Kitchen time and a monthly rate for storage. Specific rates available upon request.
You can if you become a Cru Member, subject to schedule availability. In order to become a Cru member, potential clients must provide a business license, have commercial liability insurance, and sign our Operator Agreement and pricing addendum. We also require a copy of an Oregon Food Handlers Card. Once those documents are on file, clients can request a Kitchen Reservation. Clients are responsible for scheduling any applicable inspections. Our calendar is first come, first served.
Probably. Short of factory style packaging or bottling equipment, KitchenCru is remarkably well equipped. Please see our equipment list to see some of the equipment we have available for clients. We also have a large amount of smallwares: sheet pans, hotel pans, containers, spatulas, spoons, etc. For most applications, if you bring your knives you'll be ready to start.
Probably. KitchenCru management has extensive experience in all aspects of food production and packaging. We have helped a plethora of food based businesses get off the ground, many even "graduating" to their own spaces. In depth consultation packages are available upon request, offering assistance with brand identity, business planning, sales, distribution, and other business related topics.
